Looky, looky!

It was a cold morning, for South Texas.  I walked up the drive to the office as I usually do.  Mondays are not usually good for Feathermaye, she’s not a real ‘morning’ person, but I don’t mind; I always get up early.

FedEx Ground pulled in before I even unlocked the front doors.  The girl walked over and smiled and held out a small package.  I signed for it, knowing full well what was inside…

I’ve read many accounts from other novelists and writers who tell of the experience one has when opening up the brand new novel, they've painstakingly written, to look it over.  Having been burned pretty badly before, I went through all of it; looking for the little mistakes that P.O.D. publishing can sometimes miss.   I found none.  Words are spelled correctly, commas and semi-colons that I tend to dash wildly around a rough draft are all in there perfectly; my editor Kristian Hernandez did a superlative job putting it all together.

Most of you will never see the original Tormenta (except those who followed its inception here on the blog).  The difference between what I did originally and what Kristian, Marcus and the whole Imagine House team put out as a product is astounding.  Hell…(chuckle) I have a real book on my hands!

Getting from here to fifty thousand copies is the next step.

I’ll keep you all posted.

Honey the first step to getting fifty thousand copies is having one copy to sell and talk about - so now lets muster the troops and we all go and PR you like mad
